Hi, I'm Nadiyah Abdul and we're hanging out at Fresh From Earth. This video is going to show you how to treat calluses underneath the fingernails. Calluses underneath the fingernails can occur because of obsessive nail biting or maybe you do a lot of activity on a day to day basis with your hands. So, to treat these calluses, you may want to get a manicure regularly or you can try soaking your hands in warm soapy water, and then moisturizing your hands. You want to use moisturizer several times throughout the day. If you notice after an extended period of time that the calluses are not clearing up or going away, you may want to consult with your physician because oftentimes you could have psoriasis that could occur around the toe or fingernails. This is Nadiyah Abdul and this is how you treat calluses under your fingernails.
