Hi, I'm Dr. Robert Pomahac, and today's question is side pushups for massive arms. I love doing push-ups to increase my muscle strength in my arms because it's a body weighted exercise, you can do them anywhere but I'll be teaching you the tricks and the tips to make sure you keep your posture proper and focus all the push and the pressure on your biceps. So the first thing I want to do to develop massive arms is a weighted exercise followed by a body exercise. So for example, I'll do a bicep curl using weights and then I'll go into a body exercise with no rest as a super set into a side push-up. The reason you want to do that is because you are constantly working your biceps, no rest, hitting the bicep all the time, increasing the effectiveness, the efficiency and also decreasing the amount of time we're in the gym.
