I'm The Dirty Chef, Ian Russo. I'm going to tell you the healthiest way to prepare a steak, and of course, that's going to be dirty style. I have a rib steak that's very lean, but by doing this technique, this steak is going to be delicious and very healthy. In order to keep this healthy, we got to figure out a way to make this really flavorful using minimum amount of fats and to try to get a really great technique. So, what I'm going to do is what I call snowing. I'm going to season the meat from a higher level, so I can evenly spread the salt out. I'm going to do both sides, but I'm also going to, this is a pretty thick steak, so I'm also going to season the side that is opposite of the two ends. And then what I'm going to do is take it in my dirty dust, which is nine spices which people say transforms food through the cooking process. And then, what I'm going to do is place it right on this rack, we're going to drizzle a little bit of oil on the oven, bake it at 375 for about 10 to 12 minutes. We're going to flip it over in between cooking, we're going to let the meat rest, so all the juices can spread back into its places and it's going to be a very tender, very simple piece of meat that's going to be delicious and healthy.
