Hi, my name is Al Agon, and today we are covering how to increase your range on the overhead deep squat. So Nicole, let's go forward and stretch back flat to make sure that that's one area you are going to be maybe possibly using incorrectly. So therefore, as you go forward, going up, you are going now without the weights, you're going to go now and do the movements so therefore, you are practicing balance how to do it correctly. Now this is exactly what you are doing in the gym, you know you are doing probably a heavier bar than that but start off very light. Okay and get the weight and do the same movements as before. So from here going down, your feet are parallel and contract up slowly, controlled movements to have greater quality benefit to the muscle you are working on with your glutes. You will have greater results in your workouts and it's also very important to be safe.
