Hi, my name is Al Agon, and today we are covering how to roll your hamstrings. Now the important thing and reason why it's important to train the hamstrings and how to roll is very simply the fact that there's no activity you do in life that doesn't involve the hamstrings. So today we're going to do everything as stretch and strengthening. We're going to start off with the strengthening portion of it. The basic technique here is for Nicole to turn around and bring five repetitions, one, and she's holding the muscle as long as she can, two, and now if you wanted to really isolate, pin the toes down. Every muscle has to be strengthened and stretched. So from here, we're going to have Nicole show how to properly roll out the hamstring. So let's do it a couple times so the viewers can really see how the benefit, how does that feel Nicole? Very good. Okay so therefore, it's relieving and stretching and lengthening the muscle from the strengthening, the concentric exercise earlier. What we want to do is the fact that we have a long lifestyle of being fit. So therefore, you want to prevent injury.
