Hi, I'm Chelsea Silverman. And this is how to make a raw vegetable puree. Now this is great because you can make a large amount and keep it for three to four days. So, you'll always have a go-to healthy snack waiting for you in the refrigerator. There are no excuses to go for those candy bars. You'll take one avocado, slice it in half and take the pit out and put it into your Vitamix. Next, you'll take three cloves of garlic, you'll take one collard wrap, one collard leaf and two bok choy leaves. Then you'll take a quarter cup of sauerkraut juice, very high in probiotics. Make sure it's raw and good quality sauerkraut. Then you'll take three tomatoes and you'll squish the juice out, put that into your blender. And then, you'll put the excess of the tomato into the blender as well. You'll take a half a cup of parsley, then you'll take a quarter cup of fennel. And then, you'll take a half of a cucumber and you can cut the cucumber in half, so it blends up easily into your blender with the rest of your ingredients. You'll take half of a teaspoon of unpasteurized miso. This adds lot of flavor and had natural salt. then you'll got two tablespoons of raw tahini, very high in calcium. Next, you'll take one teaspoon of Himalayan pink sea salt. You'll take one tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil, one tablespoon of nutritional yeast, a dash of cayenne pepper. One lemon, cut the yellow part off, keep the white, put that into your blender. Lastly, you'll take a quarter cup of onion and put that in your blender. Blend everything up until it's nice and pureed and voila. And this is super good because you didn't heat anything up, you are getting optimal nutritional here. It is a super soup and it has every single nutrient, enzyme and mineral that exists of what you put into your blender.
