Hi, I'm Chelsea Silverman and this is how to make a butter pecan smoothie. This smoothie is great for weight loss, has a lot of potassium, protein, enzymes, it will be great for energy and a great pick you up throughout the day, so enjoy. So a quick way for you to make this smoothie at home is to take one cup of pecans that were soaked overnight. This takes off all the phytic acids. You will see how dirty that water really is. You'll take one banana, preferably organic filled with potassium and it's an all-natural carb. Next, you will put in about a quarter teaspoon of tribulus, this is an awesome herb that's great for muscle recovery. You'll take one tablespoon of both coconut oil and coconut meat. These are such good fats to put in your body. It even aids in weight loss. Lastly, you will put 16 ounces of raw coconut water. Raw coconut water is filled with electrolytes and it will give you so much energy that's natural without any caffeine. So blend everything up into a high speed blender or your Vitamix and then you will be able to enjoy. So here is your butter pecan smoothie and I used this special herb called tribulus which helps give that butter pecan flavor and tribulus is really good for both men and women but it's very good for men especially after they are working out.
