Hi, I'm Chelsea Silverman, and this is how to make a coconut cream torte. This is a great alternative to any sugar heavy dessert. And it's so easy to make. First, you'll make the crust. And to do that we need one cup of pecan. One cup of coconut shred. A quarter cup of raw honey. A half a teaspoon of ground cinnamon and about four tablespoons of filtered water. You'll put that all into your high speed blender, a food processor or Vitamix. And you'll grind it up nice and fine. Once you do that you'll place the bottom into your serving dish and pat it out nice and, nice and thin. Get the walls. And then you'll put it into the refrigerator or the freezer for about five to ten minutes. Next while it's in the freezer you'll work on your filling. The coconut, vanilla filling. You'll use one cup of cashews, one tablespoon of coconut oil. Two tablespoons of coconut meat. One teaspoon of vanilla. One teaspoon of coconut nectar. And one teaspoon of honey, raw honey. And about two tablespoons of filtered water. You'll blend that up in your Vitamix or a high speed blender. Once you have a nice thick consistency and everything is ground up you'll put it on top of your crust. And you are ready to serve and eat. So this dessert is so fun to make. It only takes about two to two and a half minutes. And you can share with everyone. You'll get your cravings poof-be-gone for all the other stuff. And you can have it for at least up to a week in your refrigerator. Always have a go-to.
