Hi, I'm Chelsea Silverman, and here's how to wash bok choy. We want to wash it well because it grows so low to the ground. And the soil and the dirt can get all up in there from the bottom all the way to the top of the leaf. So what you'll do is you are going to do two rinses. First, you'll wash the bok choy as a whole. And you'll get the top of the leaves washed off. And then you'll cut the ends and you'll get the bottoms since there's a lot of dirt residue there also. Once you do all of that, either over a glass bowl or a sink, you can tear up each piece, each piece of bok choy. And make sure that every little nook and cranny is nice and clean. And then you can get ready to enjoy the bok choy as a dip with avocado, guacamole, hummus. Or you can even chop up your bok choy and make a nice salad and mix it with kale and spinach and a delicious dressing. So enjoy your clean bok choy. And have a great day.
