Hi, I'm Chelsea Silverman, and this is how to make an avocado olive dip. This dip is filled with healthy fats and a lot of protein. So you can enjoy it any time of the day. First you'll take one avocado and you'll cut it open and pit it. And put the avocado into a glass bowl. Next you'll take a half of a lemon and you'll squeeze the juice. Now you might get some pits that come out but or seeds. But I personally like the seeds. They're filled with nutrition. If you don't you can go ahead and take them out. A tablespoon of pumpkin seed oil. Go ahead and put that into your bowl. Then we'll take Himalayan sea salt, 84 minerals in this sea salt. It's so hydrating to your body. Don't be scared to use it. Then we'll take some dried dill. This adds a lot of natural flavor also. Next we'll take just a dash of cayenne just to add a little spice. Then you'll go ahead and take a tablespoon of your nutritional yeast. Filled with B vitamins, good for energy and good for the body in a whole. Next you'll have your raw tahini. Go ahead and place that in the bowl with all of your other ingredients. Tahini is basically a ground up sesame seed. Sesame seeds are extremely high in calcium therefore tahini is very high in calcium. Your bones will love you. Lastly you'll take your olives, your pitted olives and you'll mix them into the bowl with the rest of your ingredients. Take a fork or a spoon and stir all of your ingredients together into the bowl. If you want a chunky dip then don't mash up the avocado too much. But if you want something that's nice and smooth go ahead and mash up your avocado and mix away so all of your ingredients marry together. And you'll get a full array of flavor. With this avocado olive dip you can smear it on some whole wheat bread or sprouted bread. You can take bok choy dip it in. You can take carrot sticks, celery, put it in a collard wrap. In a cabbage wrap. I mean the possibilities are endless. You can take tortilla chips and go ahead and have a healthy delicious and nutritious snack that your body will love you for.
