Hey, everyone. This is Jacques Laventure. And today we are going to talk about at home navy seal workouts. So navy seals are known for their high endurance workouts. So after this program expect your endurance level to go up to the maximum peak. The first exercise we are going to start our navy seal workout is the push-up. So you are going to go down, the core engaged the whole entire time. Squeeze the chest that's what we're working on. So you want to challenge yourself, do about 10 to 12 reps. And if you can do more you can challenge yourself. You can even do it for time by one minute. So with no rest in between you are going to move onto the next exercise the situp. So the core engaged the whole entire time but what you are going to do is you are going to lean back. As soon as your shoulder hits the mat you are going to rise up, squeeze the abs the whole entire time. So when you are going to do this you are going to do that for a whole entire minute. No rest in between the exercises. The last exercise we are going to do for our navy seal workout is the standing military press. So what we are going to do is you are going to position our dumbbells about the ear level. And then we are going to contract as you push-up. Core is engaged the whole entire time, abs are tight. And squeeze those shoulders, a little trap action there. It's a good job.
