Hey, everyone. This is Jacques Laventure, and today, we're going to talk about Bruce Lee's hip and waist flexor exercise. Bruce Lee is known for his challenging core exercise. This hip and flexor exercise is also called the dragonfly, and one of the things about the dragonfly, it's really challenging, and it's a lot of core engagement, especially for the lower abs, and doing a reverse crunch. So, what we're gonna do is we're gonna start the exercise by laying flat, and then we're gonna drive our legs straight up. And, try to keep the torso on the mat and try to keep your legs up as much as you can, and if it does come down, remember to keep the core engaged the whole entire time. We would wanna try to do 10 to 12 reps of the dragonfly exercise, about three sets to really get a good workout.
