Hey, everyone. This is Jacques Laventure, and today I'm gonna talk about internal hip rotation stretch machine and one of the things about internal rotations is gonna help prevent any sort of injury normally in we move in our sagittal plane and it's important to prevent injury for any sort of rotations especially at the hips and so today I'm gonna talk about the hip rotation stretch machine. So we're gonna start our hip flexor exercise using cable machines. So we're gonna hook our ankle to the machine and we're gonna lift our knee up to our chest level really focus on the hip flexors. Get a nice little stretch really squeeze, abs is in tight. So next exercise we're gonna do is rotational hip flexor exercise and we're just gonna go lateral, bring it down slow, remember that. Keeping the abs enagaged the whole entire time you can even get some oblique action if you like and so what you want to do is you want to do is you want to do about 10 to 12 reps about 3 sets to really get a good workout focusing on the hip flexors and getting a nice little stretch.
