Hello, everyone. I'm Joshua Clement, and today I'm going to talk to you about the best way to cool a room without using the air conditioner. Running an air conditioner can get rather expensive so a lot of times people are trying to figure out ways how to cut their costs. One way you can do that is by opening a window through the cool of the night and putting a fan in it. Running a fan through the cool of the night in or around the window can help bring down that temperature. But when the morning comes you want to go ahead and close that window and put your blinds down. That way the warm sun doesn't go ahead and heat that room up. It's best to try to keep it as dark in there as possible, so that way the sun doesn't warm up the air in the room. Another way you can bring down the temperature in a room is using ceiling fans, making sure the the ceiling fan is set for the appropriate summer time setting. That way the ceiling fan can go ahead and blow that cool air down to you and you can actually get into your living area. Another thing is to make sure your house and windows are well insulated. The more insulation that's there will help to keep all that cool air in. Taking these couple of steps can save you some money and be environmentally conscious on this. Thank you all for watching and good luck with this project.
