Hi, I’m Ashley Blanton, and today we’re going to be learning how to make glue-in extensions look longer. Now, if, for some reason, you only have your 14-inch extensions on-hand at your house, and you want to make 18 inches or 16-inch extensions, there are a few ways to do that without going out and buying longer hair. So, if you have that problem, watch this video, and we’re going to show you how to do it today. Let’s get started! So, if you find yourself with extensions that are a little too short and you want to make them a little bit longer, there’s a simple trick that you can do. Instead of putting your extension way at the root, slide it down however far you want to. Say, this one’s 18 inches, you want to do 20 inches, you go two inches down. Hold the hair very taut, it’s very important. Clamp down with the heat, roll, and you’re finished. Generally, I don’t like to go more than two or four inches, because the lower you go, the more likely they are to come out and snag and you have to redo them quicker. But, for a quick fix, this is perfect. And, that’s it! I’m Ashley, and remember to stay beautiful.
