I'm Aaron Tucker, and this is how to tuck in a shirt so it doesn't blouse. First you want to start by having your pants down. You want to pull your shirt as tight as you can of course at the bottom. Any undergarments, T-shirts or anything you have on under your shirt you want to pull that down tightly first. Keep everything smooth before you pull your pants up. Pull your pants up as you normally do but the whole time you are doing this make sure you are continuing to pull your shirt down and adjusting it, smoothing out any wrinkles or any bulges before you even fasten yourself up. Once you get your pants fastened, check yourself, go around your waistline, smooth out any bulges, any creases, any bunching that you may have. This is the best tip that I can give to anyone if you are trying to create a nice tucked shirt and decrease any bulging, use your fly, unzip or unbutton your pants, whatever, take your hand and just pull. Start going as far as you can around, pull everything down, smooth yourself out and this will decrease your bulges. You can do this throughout the day. Anytime that you sit or you are doing a lot of movement, you are going to create different movement and different bulging and you know your shirts and stuff are going to shift but quickly and discreetly if you can't go to the bathroom, just unzip your pants and give it a nice tug from the inside.
