Hey, everybody. Joe Liptock, audio engineer, here. Today, I'm gonna be talking about how to hook up an HDMI and audio input into your Acer monitor. So, the first thing you wanna do is make sure your Acer monitor has internal speakers. This will insure that you have the option of hooking up an audio signal to it. The next thing you wanna do is check out the connections that you have on the back. Some Acer monitors might not have an HDMI connection, maybe DVI. In this case, you're gonna need an adapter, from DVI to HDMI. Once you've done that, it's just a matter of getting the signals properly from the computer to the monitor. You need to make sure that you have the video strictly coming out of the HDMI cable, and the audio strictly coming out of the three point five millimeter jack for your computer. Once you've done this, just hook the cables up to your monitor, and you should have a successful connection. So, I hope this video helped you guys. Thanks for watching. Have a great night.
