Hi, I'm Joseph Yacino. YaDa chef, and today I am going to show you how to make some easy rainbow cheesecakes. First I'm going to show you is the no bake, so it's real easy. You start off by putting graham crackers, about ten sheets in to your food processor and you're just going to pulse on and off. You're going to add some sugar. Only need about a tablespoon. And melted butter. While this is running just pour your melted butter in. And then these will go in to your fridge or your freezer for ten minutes. We're just setting up. Now you can put these as far along far upside. If you want to go all the way up. I like mine really just on the bottom. Since this is a rainbow I like to be able to see the majority of the colors of the rainbow from the outside of my individual glass ramekins. OK. Now we're going to get to the filling part. Easy, no bake. Going to put your one packet of cream cheese and then half cup of sweetened condensed milk. All right. We're just processing this until it's nice and smooth. What we do now is just going to add. I have six different cups for the different colors of the rainbow. These come out a little bit more pastel color but you'll still get the idea. We have red, we have orange. Now you're just going to stir all these up and I use just regular food coloring in each cup. Here's our red. Now what we do. I'm going to show you just on one. This is the shell that we had in the fridge and we had this in the fridge for ten, 15 minutes, whatever. Just hardens up the shell. And starting with the way we have these lined up, we're going to pour layers. And don't worry about spreading it. It's one of those magic things in the kitchen. Pour that like that. Remember, I did enough for four. If you do a little bit like this if you want to you can. Then your next is the orange. Pour it right in to the center. And all the colors are going to work their way out all the way to the edge. So here are the ones that were in the fridge. They're all set, they're cool, they're ready to eat. Your easy, no bake mini rainbow cheesecakes. I'm chef Joseph.
