Hi, my name is chef Ben Diaz. And today I'm going to show you how to frost biscotti. The reason to frost biscotti is simply because they add a little bit of elegance to your dish. First we are going to take one quarter cup of soft cream cheese. Followed by one cup of powdered sugar. One tablespoon of vanilla. Finally we are going to mix thoroughly. What you'll have is a smooth, creamy and silky frosting. Next we are going to take each of the biscotti and gently dip one end. Now scrape the sides and dip again. And repeat the process two or three times until you build up enough base. Finally we are going to set those aside and repeat the process two to three more times depending on how many biscottis you have. Next let them chill for about five to 10 minutes under refrigeration and what you'll have is great frosted biscotti.
