Hi, my name is Linda Giancaspro. And here are the ballet movements of Swan Lake. Swan Lake was composed by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky in 1876 and is the story of Odette, a princess turned into a swan by an evil sorcerer's curse. In third act of the ballet, Odette meets her evil twin, Odile, otherwise known as the Black Swan. The Black Swan tries to steal the affection of the handsome prince from her sister, Odette. Here are the ballet movements of Swan Lake. First, the arms, they are subtle fluttering of the wrists and elbows, which ballerinas work on for years to complete.
