Hi, I'm Lee Samatowic. Today, we're gonna make an oriental rice with broccoli and onions dish. One dish to wash, lots of satisfaction for your family. First we took 1 cup of white rice. You could also use brown rice, you're gonna use twice the amount of water, but 1 cup of white rice cooked, and we put that on the side. We cooked it before we made the stir fry. Then we took one bunch of broccoli, cut in large florets, and one onion cut in large dice. Saute that in about a tablespoon of oil, and then put that in a bowl on the side. Take your fry pan and put two scrambled eggs, or beaten eggs, to scramble them. Add the broccoli and the onions back in, then your rice, your cooked rice. Add about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce to taste, and a half teaspoon of salt. Stir those together well and serve it up beautifully to your family. If you like, you could add shrimp or chicken or beef to make a non-vegetarian dish.
