Hi, I'm Lee Samatowic, and today we are going to make a healthy taco rice skillet dish. One dish to wash and lots of satisfaction for your family. To make our super easy taco rice skillet take one pound of ground beef. Brown it with one onion that's been chopped. When those are all cooked together and brown add one can of diced tomatoes. You can leave most of the juice in. Then add one packet of taco seasoning. Stir it all together with one to two cups of cooked rice. White rice or brown rice. And then serve it up. You can put grated cheese on top, cilantro and your favorite hot sauce.
