Hi, I'm Lee Samatowic. Today, we're gonna make a low fat granola recipe, high in fiber, low in fat, high in taste and satisfaction. We have about 4 cups of rolled oats. I added in 1 cup of walnuts, a half a cup of flax seeds, and one cup of sunflower seeds that are raw to start with. We've sweetened it with about 5 tablespoons of molasses, 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and spiced it up with about a teaspoon of cinnamon, and a teaspoon of ginger, and a pinch of salt. Mix those all together with just a little bit of water, mixing the liquids together first and then pour them over the dry ingredients. Put it in your baking sheet in a 300 degree oven, and bake for about 30 minutes. Be sure to stir it often because the top part is going and the edges are going to get brown before the inside does.
