Hi, I'm Lee Samatowic, and today we're going to make a delicious low calorie broccoli dip. Why? Because broccoli is a super food, we always want to find new and better ways to get it into our diet. Take two cups of broccoli, coarsely chop it and steam it lightly so it's still crisp. And then, about three mushrooms, large mushrooms, I've it coarsely chopped those and a half of an onion diced, one clove of garlic minced. Put the garlic, the mushrooms and the onions on a saute pan with a little olive oil. Saute them until they're wilted. And then, put them in a food processor of some sort or a blender with your broccoli and a pinch of salt, a quarter cup of yogurt, three quarters cups of low fat cottage cheese. Blend it up 'till it's nice and smooth and then, serve it up with your favorite chips.
