Hi, my name is Cathy, and I'm gonna show you how to practice your Microsoft Word Certification. Microsoft Word Certification is a great resume booster and it'll also you learn how to type faster and this is how you do it. The first thing you need to do is learn where your home row is. A home row keys on your keyboard will help you type faster and so if you look at your keyboard you'll see that the ASDF keys are where your pinky, your ring finger, middle finger, and pointer should go and then the JKL and semi colon keys are where your right hand pointer, middle finger, ring finger, and pinky should go. Both of your thumbs should go on the spacebar. Now that you have the right form for your typing you can go back into Word and you can practice typing so you can use a book or you can use whatever form of literature you like or you can type the same sentence over and over first. Use a stopwatch or use the stopwatch on your phone or continue to type until you get really good and try to look at your screen and not your buttons and that's how you can practice for your Microsoft Word Certification. My name is Cathy thanks for watching.
