Hey, this is Cathy. I'm gonna show you how to import data from a PDF into an Excel file. I like to use Nitro Pro, and I'm gonna show you how to get it. If you go to Google, and you type in Nitro Pro, you'll get a link that says PDF software for you Nitro Pro, and you can click on the free trial. So, if you click Nitro now, download the free trial. You should have it on your hard drive so that when you have your document that you'd like to export into Excel, you can simply go to your desktop, find Nitro Pro, open it up, and open the PDF that you'd like to export into Excel. So I'm gonna open, go into my desktop, find my document, which I've named data, double-click, and here's the document that I'd like to export into Excel. Now the important thing to remember when you're exporting a PDF is that you want to make sure that it's in tabular form. If you have photos or headers or any other kind of formatting in your PDF document, it probably won't export well enough for you. So, if you'd like, you can also take your information and create a table and save it as a PDF. So here I am in my PDF, and all I have to do in Nitro is go up to the menu, and click to Excel, and it will ask me which document I'd like to convert to Excel. I'm going to click on the name of my document, and I'm gonna go down and click on convert. It says that selected output file already exists, will I like to overwrite the new file, I'm gonna click yes, and it is exporting the file. Give it a couple minutes, it will open Excel, and there is my document perfectly exported into Excel. And this is how you import a PDF file into Excel. Thanks for watching, this is Cathy.
