Hi, my name is Latoya Lo, and today I'm gonna talk about how to grow sales at a liquor store. I would first figure out how to minimize your overhead. Once you've done that, I would then create a sales campaign. What I mean by that is, buy two six packs and get the third six pack for free. You can also do a lot of cross marketing with other companies. Tell them if they refer someone to you, then you can refer someone to them. You can also do some sort of cross marketing plan, which means have a friend tell somebody and they can get some type of incentive to bring them into your liquor store. You can also do a cross marketing plan where you can have a friend tell somebody to come in, and if they refer someone, then they can also get some type of incentive. You can also create a cross marketing plan. With this plan, you can tell somebody to tell someone else to come in, and they will get an incentive for referring someone to your liquor store. Also, you can print up coupons or create an account with Groupon or Living Social. There,people can buy those coupons and then they'll give them an incentive to come into your liquor store.
