Hi, my name is Latoya Lo, and today I'm gonna talk about how to motivate a sales team to set parties to sell jewelry. If you're managing your sales team, you want to make sure to provide them with incentives. What I mean by that is, if they set five parties to sell jewelry for you, they can win a gift card to Starbucks that's worth 20 bucks, or, if they set 10, they can win a gift card to Target for 100 dollars. Make sure that the bigger the prize, the more that they need to sell. Once you provide them with incentive, they'll be more apt to set those parties for you. Also, when you create these incentives, you're gonna also gonna create an environment to where it is very competitive. When people are competitive, they are more apt to work harder, because they want that recognition. The monetary incentives that you give really mean nothing. It's the recognition that they get because they reached that quota.
