Hello, everyone. I'm Joshua Clement, and today I'm gonna talk to you about how to repair the scratches in your manufactured wood floor. Now there's only a couple things that could be more irritating than scratches on a new manufactured floor. Now believe it or not this is an easy fix. For this job we'll be using some repair filler. Now this is especially designed for your laminate floors. Repairing these scratches is as easy as filling them. You want to make sure that your area is nice and clean, it's not wet at all. Then we'll take the filler place it right on top of the scratch and squeeze some filler down in there. Now the cut I put on this nozzle is about a 30 degree angle. That way I can hold it at a angle and not have to hold it straight up that way I can see what I'm doing and get the filler in there nice and smooth. After you've filler your hole take your finger and lightly run it over the top to smooth it out and wipes off any excess. Now it's important that you fill these scratches up that way they don't collect moisture and end up warping your boards. It's also important that you get the same colors, match it as close as possible and it doesn't totally erase the scratches. It just makes it less notice but it is rather important to keep that moisture out. Thank you all for watching and good luck with this project.
