Hi, I'm Jordana Lorraine, and I'm going to show you how to braid inward. Braiding inward is a simple, classic braid, but like tying your shoelaces, many of us have been taught a different way to do it. This is the cleanest, easiest way to achieve an inward braid. To braid inward, you want to gather all the hair together and keep it smooth. Divide it into three even sections and start by placing one outside section over the center one. Then, you take the other outside section over the center and proceed like that down the length of the hair. When the sections begin to get too slim, you can secure them with a ponytail elastic. A small one is better because the ends are usually thin. And here is a simple, classic inward braid.
