Hi, I'm Jordana Lorraine, and I'm going to show you how to get extreme curls. If you have naturally curly hair there are a variety of products that you can use to enhance your curls and make them bigger and bouncier. But what if you have straight hair. Can you still get that full lioness look? Absolutely. And I'm going to show you how. You'll need a few things, small and medium curling irons. This is three quarter inch and a one inch. Set to medium high. And a lot of small clips. So you want to use small sections with the small iron. And medium sections with the medium iron. And we roll each curl up from the middle down to the root. And then add more hair moving out to include the ends. This is because the hair is thicker and stronger at the root. At the ends it's a little more delicate and doesn't need or can't take as much heat. Once you remove the iron from the curl you want to hold it in place and pin it. This will allow the curl to cool into that shape and that will help it hold. So now Joy's head is covered entirely in curls. Now you want to remove each clip just letting the curl drop as much as it does or does not. Because you've done your curls in different directions some of them are going to drop into a ringlet. Some of them are going to curl up on themselves, more like this, or this. And that's what's going to make it really wild and extreme. So I've removed all the clips and the curls are going in all different directions. Some springier, some more coil-y. Then what you want to do is open your fingers real wide. Stick them in at the root and loosely shake. Bring your fingers through, just light shakes up and down. Until you start to see a shape take form. If you run into a tangle just smooth it out. And if these aren't extreme curls I don't know what is.
