Hello, everyone, I'm Joshua Clement, and today I'm gonna talk to you about plumbing problems in new houses. Now in a new house there's a lot of plumbing that is supply lines and also waste lines that have been run so sometimes all the joints haven't been checked properly. A lot of times I get called into houses because of a leak that is happening around the shutoff valve. The water comes in, the water is shut off when they're putting in all the rest of the piping. Now a lot of times they don't check the first connections properly so you end up getting a piece that was left loos which ends up popping off because they worried about the rest of the house so sometimes you go to go though and check all the new connections in your new plumbing. You also have the waistlines that are sometimes under a high amount of tension because they're hanging in a basement or a crawlspace and it ends up cracking the lines at the connections and allowing water to flow through there. You want to make sure that there's braces around every single joint otherwise with the tension and the pressure it will end up splitting right at the scene. It's a good idea that if you notice anything that is going wrong that you check it out right away or you call your contractor that way it doesn't cause a bigger mess later down the line. You can get it and get it taken care of as soon as possible. Thank you all for watching good luck with this project.
