It is a very spicy pepper so it's essential that you don't use too much. Thyme is our third essential ingredient. You add a tablespoon, a quarter cup of soy sauce, a cup of parsley, a cup of scallions, five garlic cloves, a teaspoon of cinnamon, half a teaspoon of nutmeg, half a teaspoon of black pepper, a quarter teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of oil. Place it on the food processor, cover it up and you have wonderful authentic jerk spice seasoning right in your own home.
