I'm Nadege Fleurimond, and this is how to make boneless chicken breasts in water on the stove. Boneless chicken breasts provides great topping options for your salad and it's a great source of protein. Place your chicken breasts in the bottom of the pot. Next, place three cups of chicken stock. Then you will add three cloves of garlic, a whole onion, a sprig of thyme, a stalk of celery, a quarter of a red pepper, a teaspoon of Allspice and one teaspoon of salt. Place your pot on the fire, bring to a boil. Once the water has come to a boil, lower the fire and bring to a simmer, cover your pot and let your chicken breasts simmer for 15 minutes. Turn off your fire and let stand at room temperature, cut up your chicken and you are ready to eat. Boneless chicken breasts allows you the versatility to top your salad, make a nice fajita or enjoy them on their very own.
