Hi, I'm Skyler. Right now, I'm successfully logged into Skype, but in the past I have had the issue where as soon as I log in it quits the application, it crashes right away. One thing I've done to get around this is to first check in multitasking. So if I've got a whole lot of other applications running, which I do, chances are maybe some of them could interfere with each other. So, go ahead and shut down all of the extra apps that you're running, including Skype. So, basically turn everything off. In doing this you're, you're force quitting the applications, which Apple says you don't ever have to do, but we all know that that's not always entirely true. Boy I'm a bad kid, I've got all of the applications on my phone open. You'll probably notice that your battery life improves when you do this too. Okay, so now that you've quit everything, launch Skype again, see if that helps. If it doesn't find Skype, and delete it. This may seem like a drastic measure, but it's really not all that big a deal. So, to delete the app, hold your finger down on it until it wiggles, and then tap the x, and tap delete. Next, go to the app store. Did that just by going to spotlight. Tap search, and find Skype again, and download it. You may have to type in your Apple ID password again, and once it's finished downloading, launch it, sign in and hopefully things will be alright. Thanks for watching, I'm Skylar.
