Hi, I'm Paul Caravelli, and today I'm gonna show you how to make cream cheese and ham balls with ranch. We're gonna take it a step further and substitute half of the cream cheese with goat cheese, and substitute the ham for Italian prosciutto. So we're gonna take our softened cup of cream cheese, add our half cup of goat cheese crumbles, or pre-sliced prosciutto, and our garden fresh parsley again. And then we're just gonna smush this together. You can use your stand mixer, you could use a cookie beater, or you could just smush it around the bowl on the side, using the sides to smear it to combine everything nice and together. Parsley's always a great marker for this, because if the parsley is evenly distributed then that means you've done a good job of distributing everything else. And you can see it starting to get a nice even distribution of ingredients, which is your ultimate goal here. Every now and then do a full wipe around the sides, make sure no ingredients have decided to get all bunched up together in once place and re-disperse. And there we have a nice, evenly distributed prosciutto, parsley, goat cheese and cream cheese. Push it up into a nice little ball, and then you can refrigerate it overnight, or you can put it in your freezer if you need it quickly for about 30 minutes to an hour, be nice and hard and be ready to be able to be scooped. We have our hardened cheese ball, and we're gonna take our trusty ice cream scoop and warm it up in some warm water, so it should cut right through. And you kind of just turn the ice cream scoop around it so you have a perfectly round ball. Into our bread crumbs, which I've mixed a little bit of parsley in. And we're just gonna roll them around. And get our hands in there. Don't be afraid to get dirty. So we'll take our ranch dressing, put it in a nice pile there, and a nice pile there. And then you can look like any fancy restaurant chef and make a little smear, to present your cheese balls in. And now we've taken a very low end dish, and kicked it up a few, so you could present it for anything from a Super Bowl to a bridal shower.
