Hi, I'm Paul Caravelli, and I'm going to show you how to make peanut butter moose munch today. It's a great snack for kids and adults, from movie night to the birthday parties. We are going to take our one cup of peanut butter, add our half cup of chocolate chips. And white chocolate chips and put them together. In a microwave safe bowl we are going to microwave them at 20 second increments. After your first 20 seconds just stir to start combining and evenly displace the heat that's been absorbed already. And then return to it again. I use the chunky peanut butter cause I thought it they be good with the moose much to give you extra crunch. And there we are, we are ready to mix it with the popcorn. Unless you have a very large bowl we are only going to use half the bag of the popcorn. And half the bag or half the mixture of the peanut butter. You want to get a nice even coating of all the popcorn. By the way I use the plain popcorn. And there we have peanut butter moose munch. A lot of the online recipes will ask you to use Crisco to mix with your peanut butter. I choose to use white chocolate chips because it will taste better. It will harden up better. And it's not just using a cup of lard.
