Hi, I'm Bridgett Artise and I'm owner, designer and author of "Born Again Vintage" and today we're at Born Again Vintage, the Collective in MontClair, New Jersey and I'm going to show you how to create a laced up look on a T-shirt. First you cut up the middle of the T-shirt from bottom to top stopping at the collar and then you cut strips and it has to be the equal amount of strips on both sides. Once you do that, you pull the strips so you can have length on both sides and after you do that you tie the bottom piece and you tie the top piece and all the strips remaining you tie every other one so it gives a crisscross effect. Then you cut up the excess fabric or you could leave it, it's up to you and you create this laced back T-shirt.
