Hello, my name is chef Ben Diaz, and today we're going to show you how to make a crock-pot chicken adobo. Simple, delicious dish for any occasion. So first off get a whole chicken broken down. Season it with a pinch of salt, pinch of pepper. Next get about a quarter cup of red onions julienne. Pour in your base on the bottom of your crock-pot. Next add three cups of canned tomatoes in juice. Next add your chicken breast, your whole pieces back to your crock-pot. Next you want to get one cup of ginger-ale, two cups of water and pour it inside your crock-pot. Cover, set for two and a half to three hours depending on the temperature, the manufacturer's recommendation of your crock-pot at highest setting. Walk away, come back and then you have a nice and delicious, nutritious meal ready at any time.
