Hello. My name is Nicholas Staddon. Today, we're going to talk about how to prune back winter jasmine. Winter jasmine is a pretty aggressive grower. So once maybe twice a year, well maybe three times we have to go in there and give her a slight haircut. Winter jasmine is a real strong grower. She's an evergreen plant and has a beautiful bright gold yellow flower. And because she blooms in the winter time we have to be a little bit careful when to prune her. We're either going to prune her in the summer or after the winter. So as you can see this plant here is getting a beautiful shape. We're just going to give here a slight manicure. These branches which are trailing off you really don't have to be too careful where you prune her. Just a slight haircut to bring her into shape and it's really that easy. Winter jasmine is a beautiful plant in the garden or in a container. She's very easy to look after.
