Hello, this is Nicholas Staddon with Monrovia. Today, we're gonna talk about how to prepare soil for apple trees. We've all wanted fruit in our garden, and if you don't have it, now is the time to start, but soil is really important. We're gonna show you exactly what you need to put in the soil to guarantee a great harvest of apples in your garden. So we've dug our soil, and we're gonna keep all this great native soil we have, depending on where you are in America, it could be sandy soil, loamy soil, clay soil. One of the key ingredients is good organic mulch. The more organic mulch that you can get into the ground for any fruit plan, you will increase your harvest absolutely ten fold. So you mix it well in, fifty-fifty, and then you add the slow release fertilizer, not too much, not too little, mix it well. Make sure the soil is just a little on the damp side, that you don't get dust blowing everywhere. And it's as simple as that. All you need now is the apple tree.
