Hi, I'm Katie Sweeney, and today we're gonna make a delicious Parmesan artichoke dip. This is a classic favorite that's so easy to put together and your friends are gonna love it. We're gonna start with one 14 ounce can of artichoke hearts that have been drained and chopped. Then we have 1 and 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan cheese. We're also gonna add some green onions that I'm just gonna chop up here. We want about a 1/2 a cup of green onions so this is 5 small ones and you can use both the white and dark green parts in this recipe. Get these in the bowl. Now we're gonna add some binders, we have one heaping tablespoon of Dijon mustard and then a cup of good old mayo. I never said this recipe was healthy. The juice of half of a lemon. A couple of dashes of hot sauce. A heaping pinch of smoked paprika and then a generous sprinkling of salt and pepper. Now we're gonna stir this mixture up. So our mixture is good and combined and we're just going to out it into a oven proof serving dish that I've sprayed with a little bit of olive oil spray. We're gonna place the dip in the oven for 20 to 30 minutes at 375 until it's hot, bubbly, and downright sinful. Do you see this, our artichoke Parmesan dip is golden brown. Now you could serve this dip with crackers or tortilla chips but today I'm serving it with a little toasted sliced baguette.
