Hi, I'm Kristin Koury, and I'm a personal chef. We are going to warm up a burger. We've all been there, been to a barbecue, get home with the leftovers, it's all together. Are you going to microwave this? Oh, that's a terrible choice. So I'm going to show you the best way so you can really enjoy this and it's almost as good as it was right off the grill the day before. So we've got some spinach, tomato, a burger and some bun. First you want it to come to room temperature so that when we deconstruct it, it doesn't stick together. So what have we got, some pickles on here too. I'm going to take the spinach and the tomato off. See the bun comes off relatively easy. It looks like we've got some ketchup and mustard on here and that's okay. I'm going to put it on a sheet tray with some parchment paper with the mustard and ketchup on the top. I'm also going to put the bun on a tray to crisp that up. Now it will go in the oven, warm it up, it's on the lowest setting on 200, just to heat it through. So after a couple minutes we're going to pull it out and we are going to reconstruct it. The bun is nice and toasty, carefully. The tomato, the spinach, the pickles and the bun. And that's how you warm up a burger.
