Hi, I'm Kristin Koury and I'm a personal chef. Today, we're going to do a Cajun oven baked salmon with parsley, salt and pepper. So I have my tray set with aluminum foil. I have three fillets of salmon. Aren't they beautiful? And I have my oven preheated to 400. The first thing I'm going to do is drizzle them with a little bit of olive oil and of course, some salt and pepper. I think salmon goes really well with the Cajun seasoning. It is a firmer fish, it's got a lot of flavor, it can hold up to the Cajun. And then finish it off with some parsley and then we're going to put it in the oven. So after about ten minutes, our salmon is done. Oh does it look gorgeous. I love the green in the parsley. Oh wow, look at that. It's got the Cajun seasoning, salt and pepper and the parsley. That's going to be delicious. So that's how you do Cajun oven baked salmon with parsley, salt and pepper.
