Hi, I'm Kristin Koury, and I'm a personal chef. We are going to make New York garlic toast. I had a really nice loaf of bread that I sliced in to very thick slices. Like these are over an inch thick. I have melted butter that I minced some garlic and some fresh parsley in. I have salt and oregano. Got my oven to 400. I am going to spread this on all the pieces. Oh my gosh, this garlic is going to be fabulous. Can be very generous with this especially since these are thickly nice thick slices. And since I used unsalted butter we're going to sprinkle just a little bit of salt and some oregano. Then we're going to put them in the oven for a couple minutes. We'll flip them and do the same thing on the other side. So after a few minutes on each side, our New York garlic toast is done and boy does it look good. Smells great too. I can't think of anything that this wouldn't go well with. So we baked this, that's how you make New York garlic toast.
