Hi, my name is Diana Seo, owner of B Spa Bar. And, I’ll be talking about reducing inflammation using ginger skin care. I use ginger root a lot, and it’s premixed in my mask, as you can see. This will help reduce inflammation and soothe skin. So, I apply maybe, like, a dime, an ounce, like that onto the skin all over, and leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes.
