How's it going, everybody? My name is Jeff, and today I'm going to show you how to rotate a document in Microsoft Word. Microsoft Word automatically defaults to an eight and a half by eleven canvas. And sometimes when you are doing graphic work or sign-in sheets it's better to actually flip it to eleven by eight and a half. And I'm going to show you how to do that right now. So you are going to have a document here as I do with a lot of words in paragraphs. And I want to rotate this. So I'm going to go up to file, page setup. And I click that and then it gives you two options under orientation. One is the long way and one is the short way. As you can see it gets flipped right there. So I'm going to click the landscape way. Hit ok. And there you go. Our text hasn't rotated or anything but the size of the page instead of you know printing it out the long way it will print out sideways. And boom goes the dynamite. That's how you do it. I'm Jeff and thank you for watching.
