Often times oily acne prone skin is a result of a zinc and Vitamin B2 deficiency. So to take care of that of course you can take Vitamin B2 and zinc in supplements. You want to take that every day. You can also find foods that are high in zinc and Vitamin B2, chocolate, cocoa powder, salmon, peanuts, these are all things that are either high in zinc or Vitamin B2. Make sure that you are getting plenty of that through your diet. If you want to use something topically you can find facial moisturizers and facial cleansers with zinc oxide.
