Hi, I'm Chef Candace Conley, and today I'm going to show you an appetizer called mushroom stuffed with Jalsberg dip. It's a nice easy quick and super delicious recipe I think you're going to enjoy. Now the thing that you have to remember about mushrooms is that they give off a lot of moisture so after you've cleaned them, then you need to place them on a sheet pan in the oven at 400 degrees and they need to be stem side down so that the moisture will drip out. You leave them in the oven for about ten minutes and then when you take them out you need to flip them over, pat them dry just a little bit and then at that point you can stuff them with your Jarlsberg dip and then sprinkle a little bit of Jalsberg grated cheese over the top and some Panko breadcrumbs, then pop them back into the oven at 375 for them to get crispy and brown on the top and then you have a great appetizer to impress your friends and family. I hope you enjoyed that recipe.
