Hi, I'm Rachael, and today we'll talk about how to download something from Dropbox. Dropbox is a great online tool, there's other ones too but this is a file sharing program basically and it's great because a lot of files are big now, like if you have pictures or videos or something and you need to send them or receive them it's hard to do it via email like one at a time and upload them onto those servers. So go to Dropbox and say somebody wants to send you files and for my case say my headshots. So the photographers sent me a Dropbox link, I click on the link. You'll see here and then it says download and all I have to do is click on the download button and it says how do you want to open these up, Rachael's retouched JPEG.zip and we'll say open file and we can do Windows Explorer, that's great and once it, now these files are a little bit big so it's going to take a few minutes sometimes to download the whole file depending on how many files you have and how big the file is. I have one second left, I'm going to click on it and here you go, it comes up in Windows Explorer. I can click on the file folder and here are my beautiful headshots. Look at that, aren't I adorable with makeup? And that is how you download files from Dropbox.
